Facebook Animated Timeline Cover

How to animate timeline? like this  http://www.facebook.com/photo.php?fbid=188464997950438&set=a.138394476290824.27750.100003608187220&type=1

steps:

  1. Tag your account on my animated timeline cover
  2. Wait  my respond to accept your request... if done
  3. Go to your timeline click change cover
  4. Select choose from photos
  5. Left side above click view album then select photos of you album then select the animated photos
  6. click ok, then  drag the image for reposition on your timeline, if you satisfied click save..
  7. done
